Grant Davis and I submitted our original LEGO Ideas Pop-Up Book project back in August of 2016. Two years later, in November or 2018, the project was released as the official LEGO set 21315 Pop-Up Book!

Unfortunately, as of 2020, the production of the Pop-Up Book has now run its course, and it is no longer being produced. You may still find copies in store and from online re-sellers, but it is no longer available directly from The LEGO Shop.

At the core of this project was the idea that you can build your own custom scenes to tell any story you like. On this page, you will find links to all of the content I have created around this set, which includes videos, tutorials and instructions for alternate pop-up scenes.

Castle in the Clouds

This is a custom insert I designed that is a remix of the parts in the set. It is a larger version of the Giant’s castle from the Jack and the Beanstalk story. You will need to disassemble the two standard inserts that come with the set, as it uses pieces from both.
